Nutrition Program Onboarding


Onboarding Process-

Step 1 - Athlete Reaches out expressing interest in Primal Baseball Program. 

Step 2 - Athlete Completes onboarding Questionnaire.

Step 3 - Payment for the program is received.

Step 4 - First Program is Built and video call is scheduled to go over the training plan.

Step 5 - Adjustments to the program are made based on call.

Step 6 - During the fourth week of the program the athlete will complete a re-evaluation to drive training decisions for the next month's program.


What to expect from a Primal Nutrition Program-

  1. Monthly Nutrition plan. We will give multiple options for each meal, we want you to have flexibility when it comes to cooking and being able to eat what you want, while bettering your performance.

  2. Like all things at Primal Baseball, we keep things as simple as baseball, no crazy cooking or ingredients needed. We try to give you the simplest information possible, if you want to add to that great, please do.

  3. The ability to improve your health off the field, and your performance on the field. Everything is interconnected. The way you train is great, however the time you are not training is essential.

  4. With this program you will see your performance in the weight room increase, you will gain more energy, you will have more clarity, and you will be able to recover properly so you can train harder and stay healthy on the field.

  • Exclusive Access to Primal Baseball Nutrition resources, including our Nutrition playlist on YouTube and our player only nutrition webpage. Access to our calculations, implementation and reasoning for our fuel selections.

  • Monthly programming based on your individual training needs and goals. 

  • Monthly evaluation to drive the following months training program.

  • Organization of meals and meal options. Shopping list with notes, tips and ideas to further your performance, health and vitality. All programs are individualized to fit your needs, access to resources and personal preferences.

  • Unlimited access to coach via text and weekly access to phone calls to answer more detailed questions.

  • Monthly Video Call to evaluate progress and review following months training program.
